This could lead to a milder temperature in Wales in the first week in August. On August 7, the temperature in Cardiff will be 22 degrees Celsius. The temperature in Tenby will be between 18-19 Celsius, while Hawarden residents can enjoy 20 degrees on the weekends.
The Met Office provides a long-term forecast that shows temperatures will be very close to normal, but they will vary as we go south.

The temperature in the region of Spain:
Castilla y Leon and Navarre are yellow alert areas where temperatures can vary between 35degC and 39degC. Later in the day, thunderstorms will likely hit Valencia and Catalonia. The scorching heat will continue until the middle of next week.
Temperatures will reach 38 degrees in Galicia, Spain’s Balearic Islands and most of Spain.

Thunderstorms are expected in the central and north regions of the country until Wednesday.
