Scott Padgett, a former Louisville football player, left the NBA to co-host a sports talk radio show called “The Dave and Scott Show”. The show was broadcast throughout Kentucky on 93.9 FM (ESPN Radio), and aired every morning from 6 a.m. till 8 a.m. The station was eventually taken off air in late 2008. It was moved to its AM 1600 sister station. This allowed the show’s transition to television on Louisville CW affiliate.

Scott Padgett, the 28th overall pick by the Utah Jazz in the NBA Draft was chosen in 1999. In his rookie season, he played nine games and averaged 2.6 ppg. His third season was his best, scoring an average of 6.9 points and 3.8 rebounds per contest. He also played in every game in his final season with the Jazz.
